Commissed by reknown hip-hop journalist and culture-maker Sama’an Ashwari to develop the look/feel for an ongoing pitch designed to score one of Houston’s most legendary artists, Bun B*, a show deal on a major TV network. Due to the nature of this project, many components cannot be disclosed, but I’ve acquired permission to share some of the design elements I created for this project.

*Bun B was 1/2 of UGK, a duo formed with Pimp C. UGK’s notable contributions to hip-hop in the South include the iconic “International Players Anthem”, with Outkast. Post-Pimp C’s passing in ‘07, Bun B continues to be involved in the Houston community.
